These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the CharmCast platform, including the desktop application, web dashboard, public APIs, and marketing site at charmcast.co.uk (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@charmcast.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized use. We use scrypt-based password hashing and step-up authentication for sensitive actions; we cannot recover plaintext passwords on your behalf.
Paid tiers (Pro, Max) renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support within 14 days of a charge to request review.
CharmCast and all related software, models, content, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal-business trading workflow. Any analysis output delivered to you may be used internally; public redistribution requires written consent.
The Service produces analytical content, indicators, and AI-generated commentary for informational purposes only. Nothing produced by the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. See the full disclaimer for risk language.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharmCast and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to CharmCast in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud the platform, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk. You may close your account any time from your settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
